Had a birthday here for 15 peeps. Luckily someone made reservations and we were promptly seated at 5:30pm. Service was friendly and fast and we were all so happy with the good food. I started off with the minestrone soup and that was so tasty that I really wanted seconds but dove into my spinach & cheese ravioli. Others got the meat lovers or white clam sauce. Everyone enjoyed their dish and service was top notch. You even get a birthday song from the waitstaff and that night there were many birthday celebrations. Plenty of parking and street parking. Bring your parties here for celebrations.

Madison rules! I almost don't want to put her name here cause I want her to only serve me lol! Long story short.... we sat right next to the trolley, and I felt claustrophobic because the entire space was so narrow and the side of the trolley was very high. Madison was our server, and we asked if she could move us. She moved us to another section, with another server. However, she still came by to drop off my drink and the bread, and she came by to check on us. She's so thoughtful and such a great server. These are things you can't teach...you either have it rlor you don't. About the food? They ran out of fettuccine, but that's fine. I rate the food as average, the place and decor as amazing, and Madison as awesome. Will be back!

I have always been a huge fan of the Old Spaghetti Factory. I have eaten their delicious food for as long as I have a memory. (50 years more or less). This specific location has been a favorite since the 1970s. Their food is virtually unchanged over all the years. I still love the "Managers Favorite". My daughter feels the same way I do! The service has always left something to be desired. It's not great but they do take your order and bring your food! The ambiance is always jolly and noisy and it smells Italian! I suspect I will keep on ordering the same dish, enjoying the bread and salad and Spumoni the same way, for the rest of my life! It just makes us happy!

I've been coming to The Old Spaghetti Factory for many years now. The food is always good, the atmosphere is kind of old school to me. The service is good. As in many places in the area, it can be a bit of a hassle getting in and out of here. I won't say it's the best Italian you will ever have, but it's good and definitely an experience you should try. I've tried many dishes and have always been satisfied!

This place is an oldie but goodie. We have been coming here for years. I always get the same thing. Pesto salad and the managers special spagetti with 1/2 meat sauce and 1/2 mizthera cheese. Spumoni ice cream for dessert. You can even sit in a train to eat dinner here. Parking is valet. Looking forward to coming back soon to get my pasta fix. Happy Yelping!

Service was really good! Our waitress made sure to keep our drinks topped off and was attentive and friendly the whole time. The Garlic Shrimp Fettuccini had such a delicious light buttery sauce. My boyfriend was very pleased with it. My Chicken Parmesan was decent as well. Not amazing but not bad. The salads were meh because they use cheap iceberg lettuce instead of romaine. But other than that, it was good. I like the ambiance. Dark with amber lighting. It's cozy.

Server, Elizabeth, made our experience fantastic! Even though we arrived within an hour of closing time, we were not rushed at all. She was extraordinarily kind to/patient with our children. Bread and garlic butter are always to die for good. Salad is okay. Not the freshest, but I do love the ranch dressing. The ambiance is truly one of the best things about this place. It makes it a unique dining experience. Kids really wanted to sit on the trolley car, but it had already been "closed" for the evening (which we understood). Gotta love that the meals all come with ice cream at the end. Can't go wrong dining with children here. They have a great variety of items that aim to please on the kids' menu including non-Italian items, too, such as grilled cheese sandwiches. You could also get mac & cheese. Our kids opted for the classic spaghetti dish. Each cleaned his plate. Highly recommend. There was no wait (even on a busy Saturday night/on 4th of July weekend). Would definitely return.

First off, let me start off by saying I love every location of the Old Spaghetti Factory I have ever been to! The inside of this one was gorgeous! Reminded me of something royalty would be dining in, like a grand eating hall in a castle! The food was good, like every location, I just wish the table came with like two or three shakers of cheese. The service was good, but I cannot recall anytime having bad service at any location. We made reservations, were early and we were seated early. The Old Spaghetti Factory is a very accomadating restaurant.

White clam sauce i loved! Creamy and perfect amount of sauce The Mizithra cheese & browned butter was good, but I wasn't a big fan of the overload of cheese. The spinach and artichoke dip was perfect Hot bread was delicious! First time trying spumoni ice cream and I liked it more than expected and would get again! Chicken Alfredo was my favorite with the perfect ratio of pasta, sauce, and broccoli Service was great! Alex was super personable and attentive! Ambiance is family-friendly with the decor and giant old-fashioned trolley cars. Parking lot is pretty small and when we went for dinner on a weekend there was required valet. Had to find street parking that wasn't too expensive.
